1. How much does it cost to live, such as rent?

 

The rent is 41,000 yen to 47,000 yen, and it varies depending on the grade of the room.

In addition, a common maintenance fee of 12,000 yen and a deposit of 10,000 yen will be charged. There is no further cost.

 

 

2. How long is the contract?

 

The contract will be on a monthly basis starting from a minimum of 3 months. There is no upper limit on the period.

 

 

3. What kind of people are you targeting?

 

We accept anyone regardless of age or sex.

We also have women-only toilets and bathrooms so that women can live with peace of mind.

 

 

4. What kind of furniture / home appliances are available?

 

Shared Furniture appliances: 1 TV, 2 IH stove and 2 sinks, 3 refrigerators, 2 rice cookers,

2 microwave ovens, 1 hot water pot, 1 tableware and cooking utensils, 1 steam iron, 1 vacuum cleaner

1 bed, 1 desk / chair, 1 cooler, 1 hanger rack in each room for personal use,

We have 1 simple box and 1 trash can.

 

 

5. What is the internet environment like?

 

All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi.
